Ingredients For the cake
• 1 pack of Vanilla Cake mix.
• Ingredients required on the cake mix packaging
• Sweet Color Food Colors (6 different colors)
For the filling & decoration
• 250 g whipping cream
• 250 g mascarpone cheese
• 150 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
• Sweet Color Food Colors (optional, for coloring the cream)
• Sweet Sprinkles, Sweet Choco Drips, Decoration Set

Instructions
1. Prepare the cake batter Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. Divide the batter Once ready, divide the batter evenly into 6 portions.
3. Color the batter Add Sweet Color Food Colors to each portion and mix well until you achieve vibrant, even colors. Use a different color for each portion to create the rainbow effect.
4. Bake Bake each colored batter according to the cake mix instructions. Allow all cake layers (biscuits) to cool completely before assembling.

Prepare the filling cream
1. Whip the 250 g whipping cream until soft peaks form.
2. Gently mix in the 250 g mascarpone cheese until smooth.
3. Add the 150 g melted white chocolate and mix until fully combined.
4. (Optional) Divide the cream and add Sweet Food Colors to create colored filling layers.
